Horse Show Pre-Entry Information
Four Oaks Farm encourages all participants to pre-enter for horse shows as it allows us to better plan our day and helps exhibitors know when to arrive in time for their classes. There are many ways in which exhibitors can enter ahead of time, save money on entry fees and make check-in on show day easier.
Entries can be emailed to Four Oaks Farm. Please include the following information:
- Name of Horse or Pony (small, medium, or large)
- Rider Name
- Junior (age as of Dec. 1st of prior year) or Adult (professional or amateur?)
- Owner Name
- Trainer Name & Phone Number
- Classes Entered
- Contact information (phone number and address)
On show day, please bring a copy of your horse's negative Coggins, blood drawn within 12 months of the show date, and plan to sign a farm waiver when you check-in. Coggins and Farm Waivers may be attached to email entries as well to four_oaks_farm@yahoo.com.
Entries may also be mailed to Four Oaks Farm. Please use the links below for the forms. Mail Entries to: Four Oaks Farm, 4048 Bybees Church Rd., Palmyra, VA 22963. Please allow 7 business days in order for entries to reach Four Oaks. Please include a copy of Coggins in your entry, or present them when you check in at the show. Do not include payment with your entries.
There is no fee for scratching classes on show day.

Please remember pre-entries are due by the Wednesday before the show date. Exhibitors will receive confirmation their pre-entries have been received. If you do not receive a confirmation message, then your entries have not been received. We do not accept phone entries, but please call (434) 531-3366 if you have questions about your entry.
